While our products are impact resistant to the highest degree available, damages are still possible if proper care is not adheared to. In the event of damage, our shower bases are engineered to allow for easy repairs.
Yes, our shower bases are 100% waterproof, no sealant or waterproofing required.
Any standard 2 inch drain is compatible with our shower bases.
Drilling is not required, our bases can be installed with an adhesive; we recommend PL Construction Glue LEPAGE.
A silicone adhesive is recommended.

Yes, RBM shower bases can be easily modified on site with a circular saw fitted with a diamond disc ( no water is necessary )

There is a flat border along the perimeter of the shower base that allows for a convenient shower door install. While drilling is an option, our recommended solution is to use a silicone adhesive instead.
Our drain covers are stainless steel and are made to match the texture of the shower base.
Yes RBM shower bases are CSA certified; our certificate is available upon request.

Yes, our repainting kits are available with a wide variety of colors to choose from. Our color selection is from the RAL Color System.

Royal Bath and Marble provides a 5 year warranty on all products in North America. Our mission is to minimize waste by providing products that last. We strategically engineered our materials to extend the life-span of bathing fixtures and provide highly resistant products.
We understand that accidents happen and if damage does occur, we will repair or replace your product depending on eligibility. In order to qualify for repairs or replacement, customers must provide an invoice or proof of purchase and details regarding the damaged product. Eligible damaged products must be a result of a defect from the manufacturing process. Products damaged from mishandeling, installation errors, or improper cleaning products are not eligible. However, we do provide repair kits, free of charge, regardless of the cause of damage.
In the event that plumbing professionals are required for warranty eligible repairs or replacements, we will cover the associated fees. We value our customers and want to ensure the longevity of our products.
